Tour the thriving mural scene in downtown Fort Smith and bring your inspiration back to camp. Create a large-scale mural with your friends and a small-scale artwork to take home

Housing: Broken ArrowGirls live in climate controlled cabins, each accommodating six campers on bunk beds. Limited access to electricity is available. Camp counselors stay in the centrally located cabin within the unit. The unit bathhouse is close by, with modern facilities including hot showers

About Camp Cahinnio: Camp Cahinnio is nestled on nearly 400 acres of woodlands near Booneville in west central Arkansas and includes 23-acre Lake Takima, swimming pool, archery and BB gun range, crafts pavilion, hiking trails, air-conditioned dining hall and four separate living units for campers. Camp Cahinnio is known for its watersports, for those who love to boat and swim! Lake Takima is a great place for campers to practice canoe skills and try their hand at sailing. Camp Cahinnio hosts river trip opportunities for girls entering 7th grade and above who have basic canoeing knowledge. Camp Cahinnio also offers traditional camp activities such as hiking, arts and crafts, cooking outdoors, singing and more! 

A Day at Camp: 

7:15 am Rise and shine!

7:50 am Flag raising ceremony

8:00 am Breakfast

8:50 am Morning assembly: Skits and announcements about the day’s events, songs and games.

9:15-11:50 Morning activity rotations are spent on camper’s chosen theme (based on the session) and Red Cross swimming lessons

12pm Lunch

1pm Turtle Time- Relax in your living space with new friends

2-5:30pm Afternoon activity rotations: depending on their sessions, girls will either have a full 2 sessions of Girl’s Choice activities or one session of unit specific program and one session of Girl’s Choice activities. Campers choose from a wide variety of options including: swimming, boating, yoga, art, wild crafting, STEM projects, and more.

5:45pm Flag retiring ceremony

6pm Dinner

7pm All-Camp activity- these camp wide programs include campfires, talent shows, pool parties and anything else our campers can dream up!

8:30 Showers

10pm Lights Out

$275.00 per Participant
Cancellation Policy
Refund of camp fees (excluding $50.00 deposit and membership fee) will be given to those who cancel up to 14 days prior to the starting date of their session. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior will receive a refund (excluding the deposit) only if accompanied by a doctor's statement of illness. Camper fees will not be refunded if a camper leaves a session due to homesickness or misconduct. Camper fees will not be refunded if camper arrives with head lice. Camperships are not refundable. Cookie Bucks can be refunded or transferred, before the expiration date, to other event fees or merchandise.
